Problem
Since inCity had never had an e-commerce site before, the brand needed to build its digital sales channel from scratch on a scalable and secure infrastructure. A key priority was creating an experience that would let mothers shop for children's clothing easily and intuitively.
The wide product catalog and varied shopping needs called for a simple, clear information architecture. Users needed to navigate easily between girls' and boys' categories, age groups, product groups, and collections, and find what they were looking for quickly. With heavy mobile usage in mind, designing the mobile and desktop experiences together and keeping the checkout fast were also important needs.
Because the brand also operates physical stores, managing inventory accurately and in real time across both online and physical stores was a critical requirement. This meant stock data needed to sync instantly and automatically with Logo ERP, so the online store would always display up-to-date stock information.
Solution
A solid, mobile-first store infrastructure supporting a fast checkout process was built on Shopify, tailored specifically to inCity. The category structure and user flows were designed to present the wide product catalog without overwhelming users.
On product listing pages, detailed filters were created for color, product group, season, and price, alongside age and size options. This made the wide catalog much easier to browse and allowed users to quickly narrow down products based on their needs. On the homepage and in the navigation, dedicated areas were designed to highlight new season arrivals, best sellers, special occasion products, and different collections, supporting product discovery.
On the integration side, a comprehensive stock integration with Logo ERP was implemented. Product, variant, and stock information on Shopify was synced instantly and automatically with the Logo system. This brought online and physical stock tracking together in a single structure, prevented stock errors, and ensured the online sales operation ran smoothly alongside the brand's existing corporate inventory processes.
After the store went live, continuous technical support was provided through regular system checks, security updates, and bug fixes, ensuring the platform ran without interruption.
Result
inCity's first digital sales channel was launched with an easy-to-understand shopping experience that presents its wide product range clearly, giving the brand a scalable and secure e-commerce infrastructure. The user-focused category and filtering structure made product discovery easier, while collection and campaign areas created a flexible structure for highlighting different product groups.
Thanks to the Logo integration, the online store now works in full harmony with existing operational processes, and inventory management has become accurate and up to date. Technical support processes also ensured high availability and near-zero downtime, delivering a smooth shopping experience.
The partnership with inCity didn't end with project delivery and remains active today. Through regular technical optimizations and system improvements, work continues to support the brand's digital growth.
