The short answer
Beymen Shopify integration is the automatic transfer of products, stock and prices from your Shopify store to the Beymen marketplace, and of Beymen orders back into Shopify. Beymen runs a marketplace that accepts sellers' products in main categories such as women's, men's and children's clothing, cosmetics, home and furniture, and mother and baby; seller accounts are opened through an online application.
What sets Beymen apart from other marketplaces is its premium positioning: standards for brand selection, image quality and product content are high. Technically, the integration is built on a data flow similar to other marketplaces: products, stock and prices flow from Shopify to Beymen, and orders flow from Beymen to Shopify. The real difference lies in preparing product content and images to Beymen's storefront standard. With an integrator you can go live in 2–4 weeks; setups with an ERP take 4–8 weeks.

Stock | Shopify → Beymen | InventoryLevel | Sellable stock |

Beymen-specific rules
Application and acceptance: Seller accounts are opened through Beymen's seller application form; Beymen reviews the application and responds. As a premium marketplace, its brand and product selection is more selective than other marketplaces.
Content and image standards: Product images, descriptions and brand presentation must meet Beymen's storefront quality. Images in Shopify may need to be prepared separately for Beymen's aspect ratio and background rules.
Size-colour structure: As a fashion-led marketplace, the variant structure, size charts and colour names must be managed consistently.
Commission: Commission rates are not published; they are obtained from the seller team. Channel-specific pricing should be built around this rate.
Invoice: Invoices issued for orders must be uploaded to the seller account; this step can be automated through integrators.
Integration access: The integration connection is set up together with Beymen's seller team after the seller account is opened. Order, invoice and shipping flows are automated through this connection; integrators such as BirFatura offer these flows out of the box.
Beymen Shopify integration methods
Method | When to choose it | Note |
|---|---|---|
An integrator working with Beymen | When other marketplaces are managed alongside Beymen | The fastest route; order, invoice and shipping flows come ready |
Custom middleware using the Beymen connection | With ERP integration, channel-specific pricing rules and high volume | The most flexible route; full fit with a Shopify-centred setup and the ERP |
Manual / bulk upload through the seller panel | Pilot sales with a few products | No continuous stock sync; does not scale |
In the architecture we recommend, Shopify is the single hub: product content, images and stock are managed in Shopify, and Beymen orders land in Shopify with a channel tag. On a premium marketplace, cancellations caused by stock mismatches directly damage brand perception, so deducting stock from the same pool as the website and other channels is especially important. For fashion brands using Nebim, store stock can also be included in the same setup.
Steps and common mistakes
A typical project moves in four steps: applying to Beymen and being accepted; agreeing the integration route with Beymen; preparing product content, images and variants; and setting up stock, order and invoice flows. It takes 2–4 weeks with an integrator and 4–8 weeks with custom middleware.
The most common mistakes:
Sending products before preparing images: Products that do not meet the storefront standard are not published or stay barely visible.
Sending the website price as is: If commission is not factored in, the channel is unprofitable.
Managing stock separately: With premium customers, a cancellation carries a much heavier brand cost than on other marketplaces.
Leaving size information incomplete: For fashion products, a missing size chart increases the return rate.
