Pazarama Shopify Integration: The 2026 Guide

Pazarama Shopify Integration: The 2026 Guide

The short answer

Pazarama Shopify integration is the automatic transfer of products, stock and prices from your Shopify store to Pazarama, and of Pazarama orders back into Shopify. The connection is built through a middleware layer between Pazarama's seller API and the Shopify GraphQL Admin API and webhooks.

Pazarama's data model is similar to Trendyol's: products are sent with a brand list, a category tree and category-specific attributes. As a result, a mapping setup built for Trendyol can be adapted to Pazarama relatively quickly. With an off-the-shelf integrator you can go live in 1–3 weeks; setups with an ERP take 4–8 weeks.

This guide draws on the field experience of Byte Digital, a Shopify Plus Partner that has served Shopify brands for 7 years.

Pazarama-specific rules

  • Seller application and documents: Selling on Pazarama requires a registered company; the documents needed to open the store are uploaded from the seller panel.

  • API access: According to Pazarama's integration documentation, operations are performed with an access token obtained using a clientId and clientSecret; the brand list, category list and category attribute details are fetched from separate services (Pazarama API documentation).

  • Brand and category mapping: Products are linked to a brand on Pazarama's brand list and a category in its category tree; mandatory category attributes are filled in.

  • Barcode: Every variant must have a unique barcode. The barcode is used as the product's identity in stock and price updates.

  • Alternative routes: Products can be uploaded one by one or in bulk from the seller panel, through partner integrators, or directly through the API. Continuous sync with Shopify requires an integrator or the API.

In the architecture we recommend, Shopify is the single hub: products and stock are managed in Shopify, and Pazarama orders land in Shopify with a channel tag. Adding Pazarama to the same middleware as other marketplaces significantly lowers the cost of opening a new channel.

Stock and price management

  • Channel-specific price: Pazarama's commission and campaign structure may differ from other marketplaces; prices should be managed with a channel-specific field or a category-based multiplier.

  • Safety stock: In multichannel selling, keeping a buffer on critical products reduces the risk of cancellations.

  • Campaigns: For products in Pazarama campaigns, the integration must not overwrite the campaign price.

  • Taking products off sale: Out-of-stock products should be kept with their stock set to zero rather than deleted.

Pazarama Shopify integration step by step: timeline and cost

  1. Preparation (1 week): Seller application, document upload, API credentials.

  2. Mapping (1–2 weeks): Brand, category and attribute mapping; barcode checks. If a Trendyol mapping exists, much of it can be adapted.

  3. Setup or development (1–4 weeks): Product, stock and price, order and shipping flows.

  4. Pilot and full catalogue (1–2 weeks): Launch with a limited set of products, then the full catalogue.

The main cost drivers are the number of products, category variety, the ERP connection and whether an existing marketplace setup can be reused.

The 4 most common mistakes in Pazarama Shopify integration

  1. Starting the integration before completing documents: Products cannot go on sale until the store is approved.

  2. Sending products without mapping the brand: Products whose brand is not on the brand list are rejected.

  3. Changing the barcode: When the barcode changes, stock and price updates lose their link to the product.

  4. Connecting Pazarama with a separate tool: A separate integration from other marketplaces deducts stock in two places and leads to overselling.
